Mrs. Pamela Nwocha has over 19 years of experience in Nigeria’s downstream energy sector, spanning commercial and industrial sales, customer relationship management, operations, supply chain coordination, and strategic business development.
She is a Chemical Engineer, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and Six Sigma Belt Professional, with an Executive MBA Degree, reflecting her strong commitment to professional excellence, leadership, and continuous development.
Over the course of her career, Mrs. Nwocha has built a strong reputation for driving operational efficiency, customer-centric transformation, business growth, and process optimisation across leading energy companies. She began her professional journey at Mobil Oil Nigeria, where she served in customer and account management roles before joining Forte Oil PLC as a Lubes/Fuels Order Fulfilment Officer, contributing significantly to sales planning, order management, and customer account operations.
She later joined Ardova PLC, where she held several leadership positions, including Team Lead, Order Fulfilment, and Manager, Sales Support Services, leading strategic initiatives focused on operational transformation, process improvement, and enhanced customer experience.
Prior to her appointment as Managing Director of Eterna Industries Limited, Mrs. Nwocha served as Head, Commercial and Industrial Sales at Eterna Plc, where she successfully led sales operations, revenue growth initiatives, team development, and key commercial projects.
