Modestus is a graduate of Accounting from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
He also holds Lead Auditor’s certifications in ISO 9001: 2015 – Quality Management System, ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System, and ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management System.
He has over 11 years cognate experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit and Controls in the oil and gas downstream sector. He has attended numerous trainings in Internal Audit, Control and Enterprise Risk Management.
He currently oversees the Internal Audit and Risk Management functions in Eterna PLC
