Eterna Plc (“the Company”) wishes to inform its valued shareholders, investing public and key stakeholders that the Company has appointed a new registrar – Cordros Registrars Limited as its SHARE REGISTRATION AND DATAMANAGEMENTSERVICE PROVIDER.

Cordros Registrars Limited will replace Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited and
the appointment takes effect from 1st August 2026.
