We are pleased to inform you that the 29th Annual General Meeting of Eterna PLC was successfully conducted in Lagos, Nigeria.

Shareholders in attendance lauded the Board and Management of Eterna PLC for their strategic efforts to keep the company viable and profitable, despite global challenges. They also expressed their confidence in the track record, resolute commitment to stakeholder value addition, and the industry experience the members of the Board possess.

In return, the Shareholders were assured of the Board’s commitment to make solid investments in Liquefied Petroleum Gas space and incrementally set up the necessary infrastructure for market penetration. The Board made known plans to grow our retail footprints in the country as part of our effort to provide energy solutions in efficient and innovative ways, while continuing the trajectory of our 5-year strategic plans.
