RESIGNATION / APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF ETERNA PLC

This is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) of the appointment of Mr. Aliu Kamiyo as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Eterna Plc, effective 16th January 2024.

Mr. Aliu Kamiyo succeeds Mr. Abudukerimu Sule who recently resigned from the company. Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of Finance of Eterna Plc, a role he occupied since November 2020.
